F.U.N (Families United Network) is a non-profit making group for any families in North Lowestoft, which is linked with the Surestart North Lowestoft Children Centres.

Everyone caring for children under the age of 16 is welcome to come. Babies and pre-school children are welcome at our meetings although crèche facilities are usually available (limited places).

The group aims to put forward suggestions to the Children’s Centre staff and partner organisations about new ways of working that reflect the needs of local families.

Regular Activities

Monthly meetings are held with a free lunch for parents/carers and their children. There is also a free prize draw for parents/carers and a free prize draw for the children attending the meeting plus the Birthday Club for attending children!

There are also trips and activities organised regularly throughout the year which have included a free bus to the beach, Parent & Toddler aerobics and outings to Pleasurewood Hills.
